How Counselling can help?
Counselling can help provide the space to talk and reflect on things that may be worrying us, it allows people to discuss their problems and any difficult feelings they encounter in a safe, confidential environment. Being self-aware and having the capability to think and feel emotions with clarity and understanding is part and parcel of being human and counselling can help us feel both more aware and less overwhelmed by aspects of our human life. I truly believe in the power of counselling and am honoured to be able to work with people in difficult and stressful times.
